FSSC, which stands for “Food Safety System Certification,” is based on the international ISO 22000 standard. For many years, our food safety management system at our Kulmbach headquarters — covering the production of baking ingredients and malts — has been certified according to the recognized and up-to-date food safety standards of the Global Food Safety Initiative.
