We continuously review our corporate processes which are guided by both internal and external standards. Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through a broad array of international certifications, issued to our parent company IREKS GmbH, which reflect the continuous efforts within our comprehensive quality management system.
FSSC, which stands for “Food Safety System Certification,” is based on the international ISO 22000 standard. For many years, our food safety management system at our Kulmbach headquarters — covering the production of baking ingredients and malts — has been certified according to the recognized and up-to-date food safety standards of the Global Food Safety Initiative.
